Other people will have had a minor reduction in pain. If your pain is not completely gone or has not been substantially reduced then go on to STEP 4. | |

If the pain is gone then leave the patches at this location. If the pain has not been substantially reduced then move on to STEP 5. | |

This IceWave protocol was developed after hundreds of hours of testing by Dr. Steven Haltiwanger, MD and has come to be known as “The Haltiwanger Cross” from the way in which the patches are moved around the pain.
